National Park of Fazao-Malfakassa

Yesterday I visited the National Park of Fazao-Malfakassa. Unfortunately there are hardly any animals left in the park. Most of the animals have been killed or are still being killed by the local population.

I was happy though to still manage to see some monkeys, a crocodile (of a rather small species) and some form of (I believe they are) antelopes … obviously also birds (some pretty blue metallic ones and a bright orange one), butterflies and plenty of termite mounds.

The park in itself is really pretty. There are some nice little mountain ranges and lots of forest.
